We didn't want to leave and would like to go back here again. Our daughter and we loved being there. The staff were amiable and provided us with info about Bristol tourist sites.

The modern en-suite had a large walk-in shower while the shower could have been cleaner.

Modern decor, spacious bathroom, effective air conditioning
Cleaning needs attention, especially in high traffic areas!!! The noise from the outside seating keeps you up late into the night!!! Improve communication regarding meal serving times. I missed dinner and breakfast due to discrepancies!!!

The location is great for exploring local attractions and the staff are very friendly, offering excellent service. The noise from downstairs during busy nights can be disruptive, and the steep stairs may be challenging for some guests. A solid choice for a short stay.

The spacious double room featured a well-equipped tea and coffee station, complete with complimentary biscuits and quality toiletries. The dining experience fell short, with starters that felt overpriced and a lack of attentive service during a slow dinner. While enjoying the massive bathroom and a good shower was a highlight, it was disappointing to receive cold food during a family meal, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The food at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise, especially the delicious roast chicken I had. I loved relaxing by the cozy fireplace and enjoyed a nice evening stroll in the nearby garden. The only downside was that the staircase carpet could use a bit of an upgrade. 😊
